Bread’s dark but soft taste comes from gluten-free malt extract and syrup that gives the bread just the right amount of sweetness. Delicious enjoyed as such but it also goes well with a variety of toppings. Suitable for Christmas or Easter as well. Baked in a gluten-free bakery in Lahti.
