Returns
Conditions of return:
- the product is unused
- the product is in the condition in which the buyer received it and all parts belonging to the product are stored
- the product is packed in its original packaging or in a similar way
The product must be returned immediately after canceling the order. When returning products, the Customer is responsible for the transport risk and the costs incurred by the return.
Fresh products:
Fresh products cannot be returned, and they will not be replaced if the product has arrived within the promised delivery time estimate.
Defective or damaged product in transit:
A defective or damaged product must be reported to our customer service immediately, but no later than 24 hours after receiving the product. Suomikauppa.ch primarily replaces a defective or damaged product by refunding it. On a case-by-case basis, Suomikauppa.ch can also send a new product to replace the defective one.
The defect of the product or the damage suffered by it must be defined and documented in an appropriate way. A defective or damaged product must be sent to Suomikauppa for inspection. Suomikauppa.ch will not deliver a new product or refund the price of the product until the fault or damage has been verified.
Claims
You can make a complaint about your order by emailing sut@suomikauppa.ch. In your message, please state the order number and clearly what the complaint concerns. If you have received a defective or wrong product, please attach a picture of the product as an attachment to the complaint. Complaints are processed in order of arrival without delay.
