Suomikauppa Switzerland

Suomikauppa Switzerland is owned by Switzerland United Trade LLC, established in the summer of 2020 in canton Zurich – Switzerland. The company was established with the intention to be a bridge between Finland and Switzerland, bringing Finnish goods to Switzerland for private consumers as well as corporations.

Our store in Wädenswil started as International Supermarkt Wädenswil, and in fall of 2021 we rebranded as Suomikauppa Switzerland, a store that focuses on Finnish and Swedish goods. We aim to be the most comprehensive source of Finnish and Swedish food products in Switzerland.

We use recyclable materials for packing orders as often as possible. We also recycle the shop's waste from biodegradable waste to cardboard and plastic.

We aim to reduce food waste by carefully keeping track of sales and adjusting our stock accordingly, as well as by selling some items only in certain seasons.

Reducing transport emissions

We aim to ship orders all at once and in one box if possible to reduce emissions from transport. Similarly, we also try to combine shipments coming from Finland and Sweden.
