Felix Gammaldag's pickled cucumber is extra crispy with thicker, ribbed slices and a slightly sweeter layer. The vast majority of Felix's cucumbers are hand-picked by own growers in southern Sweden. The growers have been certified in the Swedish Seal to guarantee decent working conditions for the pickers and because they work actively to reduce their climate impact. Since the weather plays a big role in the harvest, it sometimes happens that you have to import a small amount of cucumber from abroad. Then they are put into Eslöv, in the middle of Skåne!
